About the Bottle

In making its barrel selection, the Red Hog team sought a flavor profile designed to complement our menu and butcher shop cuts.

On the palate you will find notes of vanilla, caramel, and baking spices. With a long finish of pecans, dried fruit, and a slight smokiness. The intense flavors are long and smooth with a slight cask strength heat. This bourbon begins at the back of the tongue and continually moves forward!

You can sample this creation as a neat pour, in a specialty house cocktail, or take a bottle home with you!
